Less than 1 hour before Megan and Keith’s ceremony, they had to decide whether to surround themselves with walls or mountains. It had been raining all morning but slowed to a drizzle shortly before the scheduled indoor ceremony. With a gentle nudge from Lanny and I, they decided to bite the bullet and go outdoors. The rain stopped for approximately 60 minutes, just enough time for everyone to hike down to the lake, enjoy the ceremony, and hike back up to the lodge. Surrounded by the love of incredible friends and family, Megan and Keith exchanged vows in one of the most beautiful places on Earth.
We have had so much fun getting to know Megan and Keith and feel so lucky to have been a part of their wedding. Island Lake Lodge is a truly spectacular place to celebrate a wedding. The setting, food (their bacon is out of this world), and hospitality are second to none. Megan and Keith are a truly great, down-to-earth couple. Lanny and I felt so welcomed at their celebration by their friends and family.
